About The Student Pool
The student pool is a large team comprised solely of students from various universities, nationalities, backgrounds, and skills.
Thanks to this variety, the pool has a lot to offer to most teams across the IT center. The main aim of this program is to provide students with the know-how of Commerzbank and offering them a full-time position down the line, as well as a place to apply and hone their existing capabilities and give them opportunities to attain new ones.

Our STUDENT POOL is based on cooperation with a various teams in our IT center.
We have teams as Application Support, Infrastructure, Development and many others.
What do we do?
Our students cover a wide range of different competencies and positions within the center.
You can start on one student position and then, after few months, you can rotate to a different team and try to learn new things. So you can be part of many teams until you will find the right match! We are open and willing to teach you as much as we can and as much as you want.

Most students are developers,
whilst the rest work as testers or support. However, we also have a DevOps and a scrum master student in our ranks.
